Kitchen Assistant
Duties & Responsibilities
Preparing food and beverages in accordance with defined standards and recipes;
Cleaning and preparing all basic food items, including portioning, battering, breading, seasoning, and marinating;
Handling, storing, labeling, and rotating all products properly, in line with instructions and food safety regulations;
Keeping your workstation clean and tidy at all times;
Assisting in properly closing the kitchen by following the kitchen station closing checklist;
Receiving, ensuring all Halal ingredients only in kitchen;
Check for Non-Halal Items or Potential Doubtful Ingredients;
Observe personal hygiene at all times.
Job Requirements
Malaysian citizen
Aged 18 years and above
Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented
Willing to learn and follow company standards
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness
No prior experience required (training will be provided)
Typhoid injection is mandatory
(proof of vaccination required before starting work)
