Job Description
- Responsible for strategic planning in Assessing, Identifying and Acquiring new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
- Generate leads and build sustainable relationships with Strategic Partners. Managing the relationship and communication with all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered with satisfaction.
- Develop creative concepts and contents with strategic partners to drive overall performance in order to achieve overall goals, such as improving user experience, increasing traffic and sales, and developing brand loyalty etc.
- Participate and be involved in data analytics in order to analyze results and ROI and identify opportunities to maximize ROI, further strengthening business decisions.
- Drive key meetings with Strategic Partners, negotiate commercial terms, contracts and close deals with enterprise merchants, local switches and external vendors to grow acceptance.
As a diversified international beauty platform, the group adheres to the strategy of "integration of multi-brand R&D and operation", and its incubation includes a matrix of diversified brands such as Y.O.U, GLAMFIX, barenbliss, DAZZLE ME, lavojoy, etc., covering multiple categories such as makeup, skin care and personal care.
At present, we have developed markets in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam and many other countries, continuously developing the boundaries of beauty and making beauty within reach worldwide.
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
