Job Description


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Statworks Group is looking for a Technology Partners Associate to help manage and scale our tech partner ecosystem. Our ecosystem partners are important to customer acquisition and retention, as well as increasing our brand presence and driving new sales.
  • In this role, you will own and manage relationships with existing tech partners as well as form new ones. In addition, you will define and execute joint solution development and go-to-market initiatives with partners. The ideal candidate will operate at a strategic level and uncover new revenue opportunities.
  • This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for achieving ambitious revenue goals. This role requires partnership skills, business development skills and technical understanding. You Must be able to work across numerous teams, including sales, marketing, product and engineering.
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Manage and maintain existing tech partnerships and alliances while also finding new partners.
  • Work with each partner to clearly define desired outcomes and committed investment.
  • Improve partner engagement, nurture relationships that lead to strategic and long-term opportunities.
  • Improve referrals and enable sales from our company and partner sales teams.
  • Share our product with the developer community, customer webinars and events.
  • Address partner issues with support or the platform.
  • Track and report outcome from and to partners.
  • Manage the growth and monetization of existing partners through scalable.
  • Programs that can span across multiple industries.
  • Handle account management and sales leads from our company and partners.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, sales and customer success.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships or business development, with a demonstrated record of technical understanding in GIS and BDA is a plus.
  • 2+ years of proven successful experience in business development or customer success especially in Government and GLC is a plus
  • Track record of high performance in prior roles
  • Solid understanding of partnerships and alliances and how they can create value for the business
  • Ability to work efectively when multiple stakeholders are involved in driving outcomes.
  • Data-driven and capable of tracking and presenting results
  • Resourceful, creative and able to find innovative ways to achieve results
  • Technologically savvy and familiarity with GIS solution such as ESRI GIS is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a consultative approach in addressing partner needs
  • Independent thinker with the ability to see ideas in unconventional ways.
  • Minimum is a Bachelor is GIS or Bachelor in Science or Bachelor of Arts where MBA is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday

  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Retail: 1 year (Preferred)
