Partner Service Mandarin Speaker - Live Chat department

Working days: 5 working days and 2 off days in a week

Shift details : 8 working hours + 1 hour meal break ( 24 hours rotation shift & off day )

Intake Date: 3 November 2025

24 hours rotational shift basis

SALARY & BENEFITS

Basic salary - RM3000 Taiwan Market ( fixed and not negotiable )

KPI allowance: based on performance (up to RM300)

Night/Midnight shift allowance - RM300-RM500

Additional allowance provided for OT PROGRAM ( this is not forced and based on agent's availability ) - RM20+ per hour

Opportunity for Internal Promotion such as Team Leader , SME as project is expanding

Annual leave - 19 days

Medical leave - 14 days
