Key Responsibilities:

  • Microsoft Business Leader: Drives outcome-based account planning with CSM manager, the partner, AE, CSM, PDM or PMM and ISVs. Establish ROB on their journey with customers.
  • Digital Transformation Leader: Partner & Solution transformation across Microsoft Teams Platform area and industry to capture market opportunities.
  • Operationally Excellent: Lead and drive awareness of opportunities for repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets.\xe2\x80\x8b Follow processes, systems, and documentation as expected; identifies issues or barriers to efficiency. Recommend improvements to implement solutions. \xe2\x80\x8b
  • Portfolio Management: Manage customer intent validation and pipeline acceleration assistance while preventing churn. \xe2\x80\x8b
  • Value Creator: Identify and articulate business value of solutions for customer organization through demonstrations, storytelling, etc. to provide evidence of business value in the customer environment. \xe2\x80\x8b
  • Consumption: Conduct analysis into what customers are using versus needs. Drives greater consumption with customers based on analysis of both usage and needs. Leverages insights to provide guidance and recommendations to customers; drives, retains, and optimizes customer consumption. \xe2\x80\x8b
  • Technical Acumen: Apply deep technical knowledge and customer insights to create a modernization roadmap.
  • Executive Presence: Engage with and influence the CSM, customers, and IT decision makers by providing feedback or insights to help customers define and realize their digital and business transformational targets. Influence others to help meet customer needs and prioritize efforts accordingly. Recognize systemic issues to resolve. \xe2\x80\x8b
  • Technology Strategist: Leverage best practices to guide customer strategy and future growth for Microsoft by cultivating customer affinity with Microsoft ISV solutions that drive impact for the customer. Provide feedback to Microsoft on customer development needs, customer blockers, or mitigation strategies. \xe2\x80\x8b
  • Virtual Leader: Orchestrate activities across Microsoft and Partner resources to maximize business results and customer success. \xe2\x80\x8b
  • Customer Obsessed: Be the Voice of the Customer; share customer insights, best practices, and connect with internal teams to remove key blockers. \xe2\x80\x8b
  • Build Customer Knowledge: Assess the Customers\' knowledge of the Teams Priority ISVs and overall, Teams Platform readiness to support customers through a structured learning plan and ensure delivery through partners. \xe2\x80\x8b
  • Leading at the Edge: Leverage social, digital, video, chat, phone and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to and manage Microsoft customers. \xe2\x80\x8b
  • Cooperative Spirit: Meet and exceed targets for net-new app usage and sales pipeline. Accurately forecasting new usage and/or churn risks that impact portfolio pipeline. \xe2\x80\x8b
  • Continuous Learner: Maintain technical skills and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community. \xe2\x80\x8b
  • Microsoft Advocate: Be a Teams Platform evangelist with customers, partners and external communities.
Requirements:

Professional: \xe2\x80\x8b
  • 3+ years of sales or customer success experience with technical pre and post sales and technical consulting architecture experience.
  • Accredited with MS-900 Certification. Preferred Accredited MS-700
  • General understanding of Teams Platform capabilities, and Teams ISVs solutions
  • Track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT experts in large or highly strategic accounts \xe2\x80\x8b
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills. Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone, email, video and presentations. \xe2\x80\x8b
  • Desire to work in a cooperative environment where one\xe2\x80\x99s growth potential is supported by one\xe2\x80\x99s abilities and attitude. \xe2\x80\x8b
  • Achievement and success-driven personality motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and strong cross business collaboration. \xe2\x80\x8b
  • Solid time management skills and ability to work independently or under supervision with a high level of integrity. \xe2\x80\x8b
  • Understanding MS and Partner Ecosystems\xe2\x80\x8b.

  • Preferred: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Technology, Engineering, or experience in related field.
