Responsibilities: * Manage ongoing alignment between Marketing, agencies and client/stakeholders.

• Prepare PAW for Management approval, where applicable.
• Monitor and steward program execution.
• Coordinate and interface with Sales for planning of programs.
• Ensure timely communication to stakeholders prior to program implementation.
• Interface with procurement, LOPS, CR and other logistic vendors.
• Contribute to the development of loyalty offers.
• Execute controls as per control catalogue/procedures.
• Execute contract agreement as per needs.
• Manage ongoing collaboration with partners and vendors.
• Acquire new partners annually.

Qualifications: * Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Public Relations, Mass Comm, or other relevant disciplines with CGPA >3.00.

• Preferably minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in fuel marketing field.
• Experience in vendor and partner management experience.
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Effective external and internal communication skills.
• Able to foster and retain strong rapport with external and internal parties.
• Must be willing to work in Damansara Height, Kuala Lumpur.
