We are looking for an enthusiastic
Partnership Operations Executive
that will drive and execute the partnerships that Swipey and partner has entered into, which will contribute to the strategic objectives of the company. You will maintain, nurture and grow our relationships with partners and also identify key growth opportunities that can be leveraged from the partnerships. You will also be responsible for communicating with internal stakeholders and organize any relevant sales and marketing activities.
This is an exciting cross-functional role! You'll have to work closely with the Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to operationalize each partnership -- from sharing enablement materials and FAQs to setting up tracking, co-branded communications, and ultimately drive results which is what truly matters for partnerships to be successful!
Key Responsibilities
Partner Onboarding & Enablement
Act as the main point of contact for partners after deal closure.
Coordinate onboarding sessions and ensure all required partner information is collected (logos, assets, contact lists, etc.).
Provide partners with Swipey enablement materials, FAQs, and brand guidelines.
Ensure internal teams (marketing, success, operations) are aligned on deliverables.
Execution & Operations
Manage timelines and task lists for each partner activation.
Track progress of partnership deliverables (campaign launches, integration steps, joint events, etc.).
Create or maintain shared dashboards or trackers to ensure visibility of partnership activities.
Support setup of referral or cashback campaigns, depending on the partnership type.
Partner Communication
Respond promptly to partner questions on campaigns, co-marketing, or operations.
Coordinate follow-ups, reports, or updates to keep partners informed.
Maintain accurate documentation of partner activities, materials shared, and outcomes.
Performance Tracking
Collaborate with marketing and data teams to track KPIs (partner engagement, lead referrals, transaction volume, or activation rates).
Prepare monthly or quarterly partnership performance summaries.
Identify bottlenecks or improvements for smoother execution.
Who You Are
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy seeing things move from "signed" to "successfully launched."
Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communicator -- professional, responsive, and partner-friendly.
Collaborative across functions (marketing, success, operations, and product).
Bonus if you have experience in partnership operations, client success, or marketing project coordination in a SaaS, fintech, or tech-driven environment.

Compensation for this role ranges between
RM3,000 - RM4,000 per month
, depending on your experience and fit.
