We are looking for a Parts & Warranty talent to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will support our rapidly growing and evolving business where you will need to lead the Service Part & Warranty team while overseeing the planning for parts supply and warranty.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall service part and warranty operation and process and Lead the Service Part & Warranty teams.
  • To establish and ensure all policies such as return policy, order process policy and other policy between SME part supply and local service centers are align and comply according to the guidelines.
  • Manage and liaise with local and foreign manufacturing plant/ subsidiaries/ warehouse and vendors on parts related matter.
  • Support on part inquiry from stakeholders.
  • Manage and conduct back order review on daily basis for all the divisions
  • Conduct review and analysis on Part Stock replenishment plans
  • Generate and review weekly and monthly progress KPI reports to ensure KPIs and business objective are on track.
  • Monitor monthly closing on warranty claim and risk management
  • Lead a team to conduct warranty claims validation from service vendors
  • To govern and enforce company level policies on claims validation
  • Lead stock count and ensure service part warehouse accuracy and compliance according to the given guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 7-10 year(s) of working experience in part planning or supply chain
  • Preferably candidate experience in logistics management background/ planner
  • Excellent in MS Application (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Able to work under minimum supervision
