To respond promptly to customer inquiries via call, live chat and email, providing accurate information and assistance regarding E-commerce products, orders, and services.
To handle customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors for resolution.

Sunway Visio Tower, Cheras.
Shift:
24/7 Rotational, 5 days' work with 2 days off. Off days on rotational basis.
