Introduce Kafe Ruuma's membership program to customers and assist them with digital membership registration, troubleshooting any issues as needed.
Upsell products, promotions, and loyalty programs to customers in a friendly and persuasive manner.
Educate customers about our brand, ongoing promotions, new menu items, and special offers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, courteous, and excellent service.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
SPM/Diploma/Degree in related fields are a plus.
Have an extrovert personality.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
