As our Pastry Steward, you'll be the heartbeat of our kitchen, the person who keeps everything spotless, organized, and ready for production.
It's an entry-level role, perfect for someone who wants to grow into a pastry or baking career.

What You'll Do

Clean and sanitize baking tools, trays, mixers, and workstations Organize dry storage, chillers, and freezers daily Wash and polish utensils, mixing bowls, and equipment Assist with basic prep (weighing ingredients, lining trays, portioning dough) Receive and label ingredients properly Support the pastry team during production and service Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Team player who communicates and takes feedback well Able to handle physical work and keep pace in a fast-moving kitchen No prior experience needed - just enthusiasm and reliability!
