Effectively execute and manage operations to ensure timely delivery of medicines to the patients.
Connect and engage with patients and Health Care Professionals for new patients enrollment and treatment compliance.
Work closely with an internal and external partner.
Manage up-to-date patient data and documentation in compliance.
Opportunity to participate in continuous improvements.
Support the development and maintenance of policies and procedures.
Prepare reports.
Ensure all activities are in compliance with policies and standard.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Life Science, Nursing, Biology, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or equivalent.
2-3 years of working experience in managing a patient support program/patient journey in the healthcare ecosystem.
Experience in clinical practice or in pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Microsoft Excel.
Interpersonal and influencing skills are required to build and maintain working relationships at all levels.
Meticulous with multi-tasking ability and organized.
Positive attitude, resilient and a good team-player with a customer focus mindset.
Good communication skills with possessing good oral and written skills. Proficiency in English is essential.
Project management experience will be an added advantage
