Job Description
Location: Petaling Jaya
s:
- Effectively execute and manage operations to ensure timely delivery of medicines to the patients
- Connect and engage with patients and Health Care Professionals for new patients enrollment and treatment compliance
- Work closely with an internal and external partner
- Manage up-to-date patient data and documentation in compliance
- Opportunity to participate in continuous improvements
- Support the development and maintenance of policies and procedures
- Prepare reports
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with policies and standard
- Degree in Life Science, Nursing, Biology, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of working experience in managing a patient support program/patient journey in the healthcare ecosystem
- Science Fresh Graduate with related internship experience is encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Interpersonal and influencing skills are required to build and maintain working relationships at all levels
- Meticulous with multi-tasking ability and organized
- Confident, mature, and resourceful with a pleasant personality and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills with possessing good oral and written skills. Proficiency in English is essential.
