This is a dedicated team to delivering breakthrough innovations that extend and improve the lives of patients in SGMY by collaborating with governments and payers to ensure that people who need medicines have access to them.What will you do:
  • Develop and maintain essential documentation, including process flows, PromoMat management, business cases, patient program proposal, and pharmacovigilance (PV) plan.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee KeyPAP operations, including coordinating with 3rd party vendors and managing interactions with healthcare providers.
  • Ensure effective implementation and smooth execution of program components, addressing any operational issues as they arise.
  • Resolve any issues or escalations from vendors or providers promptly and professionally.
  • Regularly assess and review vendor performance, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Review monitoring and control reports related to patient numbers and track vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to enhance program efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives, including the implementation of new systems and the launch of new patient assistance programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager, contributing to the overall success of patient programs and organizational goals.
What should you have:
  • Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience managing 3rd party vendors within a healthcare environment.
  • Business, Science or Healthcare related Degree with good interpersonal and communication skills, listening skills and demonstrate ability to work as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and highly committed to support and deliver results.
  • High sense of ownership and accountability for achievement.
  • Organized and self-disciplined, with high level of integrity and morals.
  • Good networking and influencing skills. Excellent analytical skills.
  • Understanding of oncology or rare diseases patient programs is an added advantage.
