As the Patient Access Program Lead, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the vision, strategies, and future capabilities of our Roche Assist (Patient Access & Services) program in Malaysia. Your strategic planning and operational expertise will help drive patient access strategies in the patient value chain, ensuring that patients receive the support they need throughout their healthcare journey. The Opportunity: Define the Roche Assist strategy and priorities in collaboration with Patient Access Managers. Act as a coach and mentor to team members and support teams. Participate in the Access360 Network to leverage insights for improving the patient experience. Establish a vendor partnership framework to enable strategic partnerships. Develop KPIs, metrics, dashboards, performance reports, and action plans. Maintain oversight of conversion, allocation, and delivery of goods for Roche Assist programs. Develop and maintain local SOPs for proper document and records management and ensure compliance with Roche Directives and other guidance documents. Maintain the License-to-Operate for program execution, including business compliance and GxP requirements. Continuously improve the performance of Roche Assist operations. Stay updated on industry trends and pending legislation impacting programs. Strategize and establish a BCM plan for program tools/platforms/databases. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field. Strong experience in patient access programs or related areas. Demonstrated strategic planning and operational excellence skills. Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities. Knowledge of compliance and business continuity management. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
