Receive patient at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Arrange appointment with patient for Aesthetic procedure with Doctor
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Provide consultation of product / service to boost clinic sales
Patient registration and appointment scheduling
Dispense medications and consumables accurately while handling payment collection from patients.
Provide administrative support and assist with monthly stock taking to ensure accurate inventory records.
Record medical billings and invoices, and manage daily cash handling responsibly.
Utilize basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, for data entry and administrative tasks.
Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front office environment to uphold the clinic's corporate image.
Assist the Clinic Manager with additional administrative duties and operational support as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
