Your contribution to something big!

  • Responsible for salary payment to all associates and ensuring compliance with all statutory authorities.
  • In charge of payroll and all payroll related matters for all associates.
  • Responsible for compliance with EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax and other requirements by local authorities.
  • Responsible for monthly payroll and statutory processing function, ensuring all processes are executed appropriately, accurately, and in timely manner.
  • Ensure payroll related is generated on time for monthly closing.
  • Responsible to perform dual review for all payroll related matters.
  • Acts as a contact person for all internal/ external audit related to payroll matters.
  • Continuous improvements in area of responsibilities.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by superior.
Qualifications

What Bosch Malaysia is looking for!
  • Degree in Business / Human Resources related Degree or its equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years hands on experience in End-to-End payroll process (inclusive of monthly reporting to management and Government bodies)
  • Well-versed in SAP HR Core Module
  • Possess deep knowledge in Malaysian Employment Law
  • Skilled in the use of MS Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Good technical payroll knowledge ( administration of benefits or statutory handling), analytical skills and attention to details
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to multi task and manage time and deadline effectively is essential
  • Experience in a shared services environment is an added advantage
  • Team oriented, accountable and self-motivated
