This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.
Process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner using the designated payroll software or system, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory payroll requirements
Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity by accurately inputting and updating employee information, including salary adjustments, tax, deductions, and bonuses.
Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees, management etc promptly.
Generate payroll reports and provide analysis to management and other stakeholders as needed.

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Fluency in English as you are required to deal with regional stakeholders.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and analysis, preferably in an MNC company or shared services environment.
Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
