Payroll Analyst / Payroll Associate (shared Services)

Job Description


This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.

  • Process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner using the designated payroll software or system, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory payroll requirements
  • Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity by accurately inputting and updating employee information, including salary adjustments, tax, deductions, and bonuses.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees, management etc promptly.
  • Generate payroll reports and provide analysis to management and other stakeholders as needed.

  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English as you are required to deal with regional stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and analysis, preferably in an MNC company or shared services environment.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
