We invite you to put your talents and career in motion at Flowserve.Role Summary:We are seeking a payroll professional to provide expertise to include payroll preparation and processing, completion and tracking of ongoing data audits, and maintenance and set up of employment taxes. The ideal candidate has in depth payroll experience, ADP reporting, state/local tax knowledge and possesses a continuous improvement mindset.Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end South East Asia and Middle East payroll processing, Year-end tax reporting and / or payroll vendor relationship management i.e. Dayforce Preparation and processing of monthly and ad-hoc payroll runs, completing gross-to-net calculation on through payroll vendor \xe2\x80\x93 Inclusive of preparing of payroll instructions to be sent to vendor
  • Work with Vendor for tax processing and statutory reporting/filling according to local regulations
  • Investigation and correction of errors associated with the auditing of payroll data before the payroll cycle is finalized
  • Processing adjustments related to terminated employees, such as payments after leaving, recovery of advance payments/loans, special payment packages in case of redundancy etc. i.e. Full and Final Settlements
  • Possess strong customer service focus and understand proper customer relationship practices. Able to work and liaise with
different stakeholders for example HR Business partners, Finance * Manages Employee Inquiries via Neocase Ticketing System within SLA
  • Benefits administration \xe2\x80\x93 Managing employee insurance when applicable
  • Leave Management \xe2\x80\x93 Managing Employee leave system when applicable
  • Comfortable with Projects assigned
  • Process mapping \xe2\x80\x93 Document the processes
  • Ensure data integrity in the payroll system and systems that impact payroll.
  • Any other Job Assigned
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in working Payroll for Malaysia country is a must
  • Experiences working on Middle East country will be added advantage
  • Must possess an attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of payroll and legislation
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to a developing environment
  • Proven track record of achieving strict deadlines and SLAs and delivering high level of customer satisfaction in cross country organizations
  • Has experience with payroll implementation and/or other payroll related project management
