Oversee the management of full set accounts, including general ledger (GL), accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
Perform monthly bank reconciliations, assist with cash flow forecasting, and prepare management reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and supporting schedules.
Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, company secretaries, and other external stakeholders.
Process and manage timely payroll for employees, ensuring accurate calculations of salaries, commissions, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
Maintain accurate payroll records, including attendance and leave data, and address employee payroll inquiries.
Support the drafting of offer letters and employment contracts.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
