  • Lead a team of Payroll to oversee payroll processing with Payroll Vendor, within a Global Shared Services environment to meet timely and accurate SLA.
  • To define payroll policies, governance and processes, with full compliance with statutory requirements and participate in quarterly governance call with payroll vendor and review for continuous improvement.
  • Lead your country\xe2\x80\x99s payroll, absence and time attendance implementation and integration projects with the global team.
  • Partner and advice Country HR Team on the right handling of payroll processes and the implications with statutory requirements.
  • Attend to payroll audit and be accountable for closing audit actions,
  • Provide global reporting request, both standard and non-standard reporting.
Qualifications
  • Degree with 10 years in Shared Services Environment. Workday knowledge will be added advantage.
  • Passionate with both frontline and backend support and has good internalization on HR work processes and customer engagement
  • A structured and process-oriented person that is resilience and adaptable to work in a fast-pace environment to build the new HR Operations framework
  • Resourceful, independent and has the capability to rapidly learn new systems and processes and exhibit an openness to change
