Processing overtime and payroll documentation for all employees, including verifying overtime entries and validating overtime hours and types.- To support the payroll team in preparing the payroll reports to payroll agencies, such as tax returns, social security payments, and workers\' compensation reports
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with all legal and company policies
Requirements:
- Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables and vlookup)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of payroll information
