Job Description


Managing end-to-end payroll for Australia, including processing weekly payrolls, handling payroll-related queries, maintaining employee data, and supporting franchise partners.

  • Process weekly payrolls for franchise partners.
  • Provide additional support for franchisees by generating reports and uploading ABA files when necessary.
  • Manage the in-house attendance tracking system.
  • Update databases, including contracted hours, scheduled shifts, new hires, and terminations.
  • Verify visa status for international employees.
  • Address payroll inquiries from staff and external entities promptly via email.
  • Provide assistance to the onshore team as required.
  • Complete necessary Centrelink Separation Certificates and employment verification forms.
  • Maintain payroll records, including superannuation and leave details.
  • Process returned super contributions and allocate them correctly.
  • Assist with monthly payroll processes.
  • Work with the bookkeeping team to resolve payroll reconciliation items in preparation for the end of the financial year.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as requested.
  • Support the AU Payroll Officer across various team responsibilities.
  • Ensure confidentiality to maintain trust and secure payroll data.

  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
