In charge of all payroll activities and assist the payroll team in preparing data for payroll.
Responsible for compiling, checking, analysis and processing of monthly payroll before being verified by immediate superior.
Ensure all elements and allowances related to payroll are paid accurately.
Maintain and ensure accuracy of information in all HR/Payroll related system and documents.
To make payment to all statutory bodies after monthly payroll, in timely manner.
Attend all enquiries related to salary from employees and relevant authorities.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
Preferable those with minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in related field.
Knowledgeable in statutory requirement such as EPF, SOCSO, PCB and others.
Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Extrovert personality, meticulous, hardworking, dynamic and positive attitude with good interpersonal skills.
