• Review, improve and deliver in-house training modules including virtual/online modules.
• Work with the Faculty Head in curriculum design, module\xe2\x80\x99s development project and support training roll out.
• Plan training sessions for assigned region / channel with business development team and monitor execution.
• Master the required knowledge and skill as trainers and take responsibility for self-development.
• Participate in any other duties as assigned by the superior.

QualificationsDegree in any fieldExperience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in training field, particularly in financial services industry.
• Experience in agency development will be an added advantage.
• Strong drive and influencing skills.
• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Self-starter with pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective.
• Good knowledge of training functions and good understanding of the operative aspects of insurance business.
• Relevant experience and exposure in using digital technologies & social media tools.
