WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To support Partnership Distribution Academy to build a Center of Excellence with the capacity and capabilities to develop world-class sales professionals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end learning process which includes:
  • Design, develop and deliver programs or initiatives to achieve business objectives and outcomes; update and enhance programs when necessary
  • Evaluate and gather feedback to determine training effectiveness
  • Continuous refine training program to ensure it brings impact of learning on the individuals and the business
  • Carry out Train-the-Trainer (TTT) when needed
  • Leverage on technology and digital platforms in any and all aspects of training where possible
  • Research best practices and explore tools, technology, platforms, and methodologies to ensure programs deliver intended results
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder with at least 2 years' experience in Training, preferably in financial institutions
  • Experience in training program design, development, and delivery of face-to-face and virtual training
  • Familiar with training content development tools such as Articulate, Adobe Video Editing etc.
  • Good presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Able to prepare and upkeep training-related materials using software such as MS Office
  • Ability to develop digital learning materials is an added advantage
  • Be a strong team player, able to speak up and share ideas; and support colleagues as and when needed
  • Perform other duties to meet operational and business needs as and when assigned
