Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize production processes to ensure product quality and efficiency. Monitor and improve process performance using data analysis and problem-solving tools. Identify root causes of process issues and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Prepare and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and control plans. Support new product introduction (NPI) and ensure processes are ready for volume production. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, QA, R&D, maintenance) to improve overall process flow. Lead or support process validation, line qualification, and equipment calibration activities. Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and waste. Train production staff on new processes, tools, and work procedures. Carry out other duties or ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Fresh graduates with strong technical skills and interest are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with process improvement tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, DOE, 5S, Kaizen). Experience with statistical analysis and process optimization is a plus. Able to interpret technical drawings and process flow diagrams. Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as problem-solving abilities; basic listening and speaking skills in Mandarin are required.
