Job Description

Responsibilities:



Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments. Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required. Handle administrative and coordination tasks such as travel arrangements, document preparation, and communication with external parties. Assist in project management, research, and ad-hoc assignments. Organize and maintain important files and records. Manage official communications including calls, emails, and messages. Ensure all operations run efficiently while maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications & Required Skills:



Female, Chinese. Minimum Qualification: SPM / Diploma / Degree in a relevant field (Management, Administration, or related areas). Communication Skills: Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written). Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite Disciplined, able to multitask, and efficient in time management. Proactive and able to work independently. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
