Prepare and cook various types of roti according to company recipes and quality standards.
Ensure all dough is prepared, portioned, and stored properly for daily operations.
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all roti items served.
Monitor food freshness, quality, and portion control.
Keep the cooking area, utensils, and equipment clean and well-maintained at all times.
Follow proper hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness procedures.
Assist with other kitchen tasks when required, especially during peak hours.
Report any equipment malfunction or shortage of ingredients to the Kitchen Supervisor or Outlet Manager.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience as a Roti Master or in a similar kitchen role is an advantage.
Skilled in handling dough preparation, cooking, and roti-making techniques.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain product quality under pressure.
Responsible, punctual, and committed to cleanliness and teamwork.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
