\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the overall safety & health activities in the organisation in 2,023/02/02 ] accordance with OSHA Act 1994 and other code of law with regard to business requirement. \xe2\x80\xa2 To liaise with Government Authorities (DOSH, BOMBA, Jabatan Tenaga, etc) on safety, health and environment matters, licensing and compliance matters and prepare all the documentation in this regard. \xe2\x80\xa2 To establish procedures/guidelines in ensuring the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors, contractors and the premises. \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain and implement continual improvement efforts to ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with established SHE policies, standards and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare daily/weekly/monthly safety reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 To managing the personal protective equipment (PPE), inventory monitoring, replenishment and enforcement to wear PPEN \xe2\x80\xa2 To establish and maintain records of accidents and injuries, and submit reports to DOSH where required. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist management to drive the Safety and Health Committees in organising and implementing occupational Safety and Health programmes at the workplace. \xe2\x80\xa2 To carry out additional duties and responsibilities as instructed by management from time to time. JOB REQUIRMENT \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess a Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or a Degree in Engineering \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 2 years working experience for Diploma holder \xe2\x80\xa2 Capable to handle or resolve requirements requested by DOSH, BOMBA, Jabatan Tenaga, local municipal council, etc. Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. \xe2\x80\xa2 Problem solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Multi-tasking ability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fast learner and able to cope in fast paced working environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to travel and possess own transport. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Solat 5 waktu
