1) Bertanggungjawab menjalankan kerja-kerja penguatkuasaan dan pemantauan di kawasan Perumahan. 2) Bertanggungjawab membantu mengawal selia projek pembinaan, dan penyelenggaraan pelbagai perkhidmatan umum, teknikal, komersil, binaan serta kemudahan perusahan.
