We\'re looking for more bright minds who\'d love to change the world by solving complex problems.What you\'ll do:\xe2\xad\x90 Partnering with Managers to ensure end to end onboarding of the Newsomers over their first 90 days lives up to Osome expectations, sets them up for success and for passing their probation.\xe2\xad\x90 Being comfortable with managing stakeholders, such as managers, colleagues, and peers, which includes mentoring, coaching, constructively challenging, and supporting your managers.\xe2\xad\x90 Supporting employee performance management, tracking their progression, providing training, and ensuring that every Osomer feels fulfilled and capable of doing their best work.\xe2\xad\x90 Providing consultation on daily employee queries and issues related to pay, performance, policies, and procedures in line with Osome\'s policies and local employment regulations.\xe2\xad\x90 Managing administrative duties related to people management, such as contracts for new hires, letters, criminal record checks, reference checks, and other tasks.\xe2\xad\x90 Own the employee lifecycle and balance the company\'s interests with employees\' well-being.\xe2\xad\x90 Support the development of Osome\'s policies and compliance, ensuring clarity and acceptance within the team as these develop.\xe2\xad\x90 Providing support to Managers on any ER issues.
