Job Description


About You

Responsible for accurately tracking and managing employee attendance, leaves, and working hours.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Time and Attendance Management:
  • Monitor and manage employee time and attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Utilize timekeeping systems to record and track employee working hours, leaves, overtime, and absences.
  • Review and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to time and attendance records.
  • Generate regular reports on attendance, leave balances, and other related metrics.
  • Leave Administration:
  • Administer employee leave entitlement, including annual leave, medical leave, and other types of authorized absences.
  • Maintain accurate leave records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Process leaves applications, coordinating with supervisors and People & Culture personnel as necessary.
  • Provide guidance to employees on leave entitlements, procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Attendance Policy and Compliance:
  • Develop and maintain attendance policies and procedures in accordance with applicable labor laws and company regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor regulations related to attendance, leaves, and working hours.
  • Ensure compliance with attendance policies, addressing any violations or non-compliance issues.
  • Advise management and P&C teams on attendance-related matters and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Timekeeping System Administration:
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the timekeeping system, including user setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct regular audits of the timekeeping system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide training and support to employees and supervisors on the proper use of the timekeeping system.
  • Collaborate with PCMS Specialist and vendors to resolve system issues and implement system enhancements.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and analyze attendance and leave reports, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by management or P&C for decision-making purposes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on attendance data analysis.
  • Contribute to the development of workforce management strategies and policies
Your Know-How
  • Min Certificate / Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Fresh Graduate or 1 Year Experience in HRM
  • Ability to converse and communicate in English both written and spoken
  • Comprehensive and working knowledge of HRMS systems and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in EXCEL
  • Strong in data management & HR processes are added advantage
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Words and Power Point skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Well-organized, meticulous, and detailed oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Require to work minimum: 1 day/week on every Monday
