About this opportunity
We\'re seeking a People Business Partner to drive our People Strategy, ensuring a positive experience for employees to focus on business and customers. In this role, you will be entrusted with the seamless integration of our People Plan, which grant us the insights and transparency needed to navigate our people-centric choices. Your responsibility will encompass the execution of strategies, drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
In this capacity, you are responsible to deliver both strategic and operational support to the business, meticulously coordinating the planning and execution of impactful People initiatives.
What you will do
Align People strategy and solutions with the business strategy by understanding business, market, and industry trends, providing insights for future talent needs to build talent and leadership capabilities. Acts as change agent to realize long term People strategy. Bring together the combined HR solutions and take ownership of the HR processes execution in respective operational unit.
Employ People processes, tools and solutions and deliver People programs and practices within an organizational unit or site, based on local business needs, in close collaboration with line management.
Job Role Performance Metrics \xe2\x80\x93 Employee engagement index for the operational unit, Leadership Index for the unit, Competence & resource gaps closing for the Unit, Delivery performance survey results, Performance on execution of people related strategic initiatives and programs/projects being run to support key business objectives.
You will bring
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
10 years of proven experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role, with a strong track record of driving people-focused strategies.
