We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic People Business Partner to join our Malaysia office in Shah Alam. As a fast moving and growing business, we are looking for someone who is passionate about people and developing exceptional relationships with senior stakeholders and managers. This role offers the opportunity to use your expertise to shape and guide the implementation of our people strategies within the business, which will support the ongoing growth of Ideagen and it\'s people proposition. Responsibilities Strategic Project Planning Developing a people plan in mastership with the divisional leadership team Using insights from our organisational employee opinion survey (The Big Conversation) to ensure that activity that drives engagement is prioritised and that clear leadership accountability is effectively communicated Identifying development opportunities for our colleagues as part of our talent mapping process and helping our leaders connect this with operational requirements within the organisation Employee Relations Managing complex ER activity Coaching and developing our people assistants in the process and risk reviews for current cases Upskilling managers on process and legislation when they are involved/lead an ER case Developing Relationships Effectively working with the centre of excellence team on reward, talent development, talent acquisition and internal communications as though partner ensuring activity is fit for purpose and adds value where required Building trusted relationships with Chiefs Senior VPs and VPs Projects Leading on a number of impactful projects. These may be company wide or divisional Scoping out projects identifying key stakeholder, milestones and prinicipals Prioritising projects in line with wider org change and activity Using date and stats that help create the story telling around the activity you are driving Skills And Experience Demonstrable experience using people data to inform key activity Experience in shaping people plans Evidence of stakeholder management Experience in a role within HR
