As a People Development & Operations Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the daily work of the People Development & Operations Specialist within the People & Culture team. During the internship, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the following: Support the processing, application and submission process related to the Human Resources Development Corporation (HRDC) training grant and claims Assist to update the HRDC training grant tracker with relevant data and input Render support for on ground coordination tasks related to Learning & Development programs organized by the People & Culture Business Partner team Assist to update the site training calendar with relevant data and input Liaison support with the stakeholders or requestors related to HRDC grant and training related matters Render support for site initiatives and events organized by the People & Culture Business Partner team Assist to compile related raw data for scheduled meetings and reporting purpose Render support for new joiners\' onboarding and induction program Who you are: You are an enrolled student in the advanced phase of your Bachelor\'s Degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or in a related field.
