Position Overview:
You will join our People Operations team (HR) supporting staff across Asia. You'll work alongside talented educators and entrepreneurs to enhance our people practices and drive organizational growth. This role combines strategic HR initiatives with excellent staff experience delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits Administration
Manage monthly payroll processing, MPF, and annual tax filing
Oversee staff benefits administration and renewal
Maintain employee records and compliance documentation
Administer HRIS and leave management systems
Support annual benefits program review and HR policy updates
Track and analyze HR metrics
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Prepare HR reports and support annual HR audits
People Partnering
Drive employee onboarding experience
Process documentation for employee lifecycle milestones (hiring, probation, reviews, transfers, exits)
Manage staff visa applications, renewals, and cancellations
Support employee relations and grievance resolution
Facilitate staff training and development initiatives
Qualifications:
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources Management, or equivalent
Minimum 3 years' experience in fast-paced environments
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
Preferred
Experience in retail or hospitality sectors
Mandarin language proficiency
Previous experience in education sector
