Employee Relations Officer

Conflict Resolution:

Handle grievances, mediate conflicts between employees and management, and conduct investigations into workplace issues.

Policy and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and implement company employee policies.

Communication:

Promote open communication between management and staff.

Employee Support:

Foster a harmonious workplace and enhance team collaboration.
Required skills

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic Thinking:

Ability to develop and implement strategies, make decisions, and analyze data.

Writing:

Proficiency in writing press releases, reports, and other content.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with others.

Adaptability:

Ability to remain calm and collected in crisis situations.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Human Resources: 3 years (Preferred) Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:

Bahasa (Preferred) English (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
