: Support the team in providing professional HR admin services such as onboarding, off-boarding, relocation, benefits, HR data management, employee relations etc. Develop and deploy efficient HR shared service related policies and practices throughout the organization Develop and implement processes and procedures, ensuring data integrity and internal controls are in place and adhered to Ensure that all escalated issues are handled in a timely manner and resolution is communicated to the appropriate stakeholders Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field Prior experience in HR shared services or operation work will be a plus Passionate about people, services and culture Have a strong affinity for hands-on execution and organizational skills Fast learner, hardworking, highly accountable, detail-oriented and an efficient multi-tasker Proficient in Google products (e.g. Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gmail etc.)
