Role Overview
As the Performance Advertising Lead specializing in TikTok, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive performance advertising strategy on the TikTok platform. Leveraging your expertise in digital advertising, data analysis, and TikTok-specific optimization, you will lead a team to achieve business goals and maximize return on investment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic performance advertising plan on the TikTok platform aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance advertising campaigns on TikTok, including In-Feed Ads, Branded Hashtag Challenges, and other ad formats.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives tailored to the TikTok audience.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of TikTok advertising campaigns.
  • Implement targeted audience strategies and segmentation specific to TikTok users.
  • Stay updated on the latest TikTok advertising technologies, features, and trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, and other teams to align TikTok advertising strategies with broader business goals.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all TikTok advertising channels.
  • Develop and manage budgets for TikTok advertising campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
  • Monitor campaign expenses and optimize budget allocation based on TikTok performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in performance advertising, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role, specifically focused on TikTok.
  • In-depth understanding of TikTok advertising platforms, features, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with audience targeting, segmentation, and data-driven decision-making on TikTok.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools, with a focus on TikTok Analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align TikTok advertising efforts with business objectives.
  • Familiarity with ad tech solutions and emerging trends in TikTok advertising.
