Job Description


Job Responsibility Client Management: Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients. This includes understanding their business objectives, identifying their needs, and presenting solutions that meet their requirements. Project Planning: Work closely with the creative and production teams to develop project plans that align with the client\'s objectives and budget. This includes defining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources required. Resource Management: Responsible for managing the resources required for each project, including personnel, equipment, and vendors. This includes ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to meet project requirements. Budget Management: Responsible for managing project budgets, ensuring that they are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle. This includes identifying potential cost overruns and developing strategies to mitigate them. Risk Management: Responsible for identifying potential risks associated with each project and developing strategies to mitigate them. This includes developing contingency plans in case of unexpected events or issues. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards. This includes reviewing work at various stages of the project lifecycle to ensure that IT meets client expectations and industry standards. Communication: Responsible for communicating effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project, including clients, creative teams, production teams, and vendors. This includes providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any issues or concerns that arise, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Project Evaluation: Responsible for evaluating each project at its completion to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. This includes reviewing feedback from clients and stakeholders, analyzing project data, and developing strategies for continuous improvement. Job Requirements Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in advertising, media, business, or a related field. 1-2 years of project management and related experience. Digital Advertising Expertise: In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital advertising platforms, particularly Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Familiarity with their targeting options, ad formats, and optimization strategies is crucial. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities. Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in analysing data and utilizing insights to inform creative strategies and optimize campaigns. Understanding key metrics, conducting A/B testing, and making data-driven adjustments are essential for achieving KPIs. Cross-Channel Coordination: Skill in coordinating and managing creative assets across multiple social channels simultaneously. This involves understanding channel-specific requirements, adapting content for each platform, and ensuring consistency in messaging and branding. Strong Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders etc. Agile Project Management: Ability to work in an agile environment, adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines. Have a strong experience in performance advertising. Naturally well-organized and unfazed when working towards deadlines. Basic knowledge of industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma and other relevant tools is preferred.
