Key Responsibilities
Monitor and track team tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
Support leadership by tracking commitments, sending reminders, and maintaining logs.
Schedule and manage appointments to optimize leadership calendars.
Define and monitor KPIs, prepare performance dashboards, and highlight gaps.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to maintain strong relationships.
Prepare agendas, materials, and logistics for events and workshops.
Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in administration, executive assistance, project/event management, or client/account management.
Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Tech-savvy with experience in task management and reporting tools.
