Open Position: Performance Digital Marketer (MNC Organisation)

An MNC organisation is looking for Performance Digital Marketer to join the team and be based in the Selangor office. As a Performance Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for creating customer engagement that truly makes a difference for a brand. Ideally, you will have a solid CRM /MarTech experience and have understanding of digital marketing.

Key responsibilities include:
-Plan and execute all digital marketing technologies, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

-Proven track record of successfully connecting marketing technologies

-Expert in marketing analytics reporting and data visualization

-Perform key measurements and reporting on the analytics, trends and performance of all digital marketing campaigns

-Identify trends and insights, and optimise spending and performance based on the insights and consumer behaviours

-Good analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

-Good experience in identifying target audiences and launching digital marketing campaigns with high ratio of engagements and conversions

-Good knowledge of website and traffic analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Web Analytics and etc

-A teamplayer and enjoy working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
