We are a beauty brand looking for a results-driven
Outsource Performance Marketer
to scale our online sales. Your primary focus will be managing our paid advertising ecosystem across TikTok and Facebook, ensuring high ROAS through strategic ad placement and lead management via OnPay.
Scope of Work (Outsource Deliverables)
TikTok Shop (GMV Ads):
Setup and optimize "GMV Max" and Video Shopping Ads. You will be responsible for scaling our "Hero Products" to meet monthly revenue targets.
Setting up and monitoring OnPay landing pages, ensuring the payment scripts are firing correctly, and managing the lead database for follow-ups.
Creative Direction:
You don't need to be a videographer, but you mustbe able to provide "winning hooks" and creative briefs for our content team based on ad performance data.
Weekly Reporting:
Provide a concise dashboard showing Total Spend, CPC, ROAS, and Cost per Acquisition (CPA).

Technical Stack:
Proven experience with
TikTok Ads Manager

Meta Business Suite

OnPay.my

Data-Obsessed:
Ability to pivot strategies quickly if a creative is fatiguing or the CPA is too high.
Self-Starter:
As an outsource partner, you are expected to manage your own timelines and proactively suggest budget reallocations to maximize GMV.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
