The Performance Marketer manages paid advertising and is responsible for lead-generation performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels. This role drives optimisation through data analysis, testing, and performance-driven creative insights.
Key Responsibilities
Manage paid ad campaigns including launching, testing, and optimising.
Conduct systematic A/B tests across creatives, copy, audiences, and placements.
Track and report key metrics: CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM.
Collaborate with Brand Manager on creative direction based on performance data.
Ensure accurate pixel tracking, UTM logic, and event configuration.
Provide weekly performance dashboards and insights.
Technical Competencies
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
TikTok Ads (preferred)
GA4 analytics
Looker Studio or equivalent reporting tools
UTM tracking, pixel configuration, conversion API
