• 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in Google or Meta Ads.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4 (training provided).
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Eager to learn, curious about ad performance and data insights.

Tanggungjawab
1. Campaign Setup & Execution

• Assist in setting up and launching ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Upload creatives, copy, and targeting based on given strategy.
• Ensure proper tracking (UTM, pixel, and conversion events) are implemented.

2. Campaign Monitoring

• Check daily campaign performance and flag issues such as disapproved ads, pacing, or low CTR.
• Optimize basic campaign elements (bids, audiences, ad sets) under supervision.
• Maintain structured campaign naming and organization across ad accounts.

3. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare weekly and monthly ad performance reports (Google Sheets / Data Studio).
• Track key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Highlight top-performing ads and areas for improvement.

4. Budget Management

• Update daily spend tracking sheets to ensure campaigns stay within assigned budgets.
• Notify the lead if budget utilization is off-track.

5. Collaboration & Coordination

• Work with the design and content teams to collect new ad materials.
• Assist in A/B testing of ad creatives and messaging.
• Support team on campaign launches, seasonal promotions, and product pushes.
