From personal experience, we understand that choosing a school overseas is one of the biggest decisions a family will ever make. But despite how important this decision is, the current experience for parents is often disappointing. Schools tend to say similar things and sound the same, and although there's plenty of information available, it's often generic, biased, and downright confusing.
We thought it was time for a change. To solve this problem and make the experience 10x better for parents, we're building doris. doris is a marketplace that provides families with informative, unbiased, and easy-to-understand school recommendations and comparisons. It's completely free for parents and 100% impartial.

We're looking for a
Performance Marketing Manager
who's passionate about data, motivated by impact, and obsessed with lead growth. Your focus: owning and optimizing the full marketing funnel to
drive B2C lead acquisition and conversion
- from first click to qualified lead.
What You'll Do
1. Lead B2C Acquisition Across Channels
Design, launch, and optimize
paid marketing campaigns
across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other high-intent platforms.
Own
B2C lead generation strategy
- bringing in high-quality parents searching for international schools.
Create and test ads that speak directly to parents' pain points and showcase how Doris helps.
2. Full-Funnel Performance Marketing
Map, monitor, and optimize the
entire user journey
--from awareness to sign-up to lead conversion.
Partner with product and content teams to reduce drop-off and
improve conversion rates at each stage
.
Own experiments around landing pages, ad messaging, and nurture touchpoints to accelerate lead quality.
3. Data-Led Campaign Management
Build and analyze dashboards
to track channel performance, customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
Run
regular reports
for the Director of B2C Growth with clear insights and next steps.
Make decisions rooted in data--iterate campaigns regularly based on test results and performance shifts.
4. Budget Ownership
Manage monthly media budgets with precision, ensuring every dollar is working toward B2C lead quality and volume goals.
Spot underperformance early and reallocate efficiently to improve outcomes.
5. Operate Like a True Self-Starter
You'll have the freedom to own your roadmap, backed by a leadership team that trusts your judgment.
Comfortable prioritizing without micromanagement, making decisions fast, and moving forward with clarity.
We'd Love to Hear from You If You Are or Have:
A strong executor
, whether that comes from 3 or 10 years of experience. You'll need to hit the ground running, work independently, and bring focus and follow-through to your role. While years of experience aren't everything, we've found that more experience often means less hand-holding and faster ramp-up. As such, we're open to candidates with anywhere between 3-10 years of relevant experience
Deep experience with paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok), audience targeting, and creative testing.
Confidence in owning and optimizing
marketing funnels from traffic to conversion
.
Fluency in marketing data--CAC, CPL, ROAS--and tools like GA4, Hotjar, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
A
test-and-learn mindset
and the drive to constantly improve performance.
Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate clearly, and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
