Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Stellar Dental's services, increase brand awareness and acquire new patients Lead and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital, social media, print, events) Manage the company's marketing budget and ensure it is allocated effectively Oversee the creation of marketing materials including ad creatives, brochures, flyers, and social media content Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for new growth strategies Monitor and report all marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve future efforts Lead and monitor the marketing team, ensuring continuous growth and development Collaborate with other departments to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall goals

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the healthcare or service industry. Proven track record in lead generation and conversion. Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and organic content strategies. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. Leadership experience in managing marketing teams and cross-functional collaborations.
