Join Brand Brew, a rapidly expanding performance marketing agency headquartered in Singapore. We're on the lookout for a talented performance marketing specialist to join our team.

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will take charge of developing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns for our diverse client base spanning various industries.

The role is predominantly remote, with the requirement of work-from-office from time to time.

Responsibilities:

Plan multimedia advertising campaigns based on clients' objectives & budgets. Activate media campaigns as per approved media plans. Implement tracking integrations as needed, and provide campaign ad copies. Effectively manage creative teams to deliver creative assets where required. Conduct day-to-day implementations & optimizations of campaigns. Generate performance reports to offer actionable insights and analysis to meet campaign objectives. Manage project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects within SLAs. Participate in media strategy and planning for project pitches. Foster and maintain close working relationships with clients, and vendors.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of performance marketing experience. Proficiency in ad ops to plan and execute media campaigns across Search, Social, Video, and Display channels. Proficiency in spoken and written English. Ability to manage multiple projects and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and project management skills to engage project stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data efficiently and effectively. Self-organized and independent, capable of managing end-to-end projects with meticulous attention to detail. Eager to learn and continuously improve skills to grow with the organization. Prior experience in media agencies, e-commerce, or account management roles is preferred.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,400.00 per month
