We are driving our business forward in a fast-paced environment and looking for a crypto-enthusiast Performance Marketing Specialist who thrives on challenges to join our young, dynamic and creative Marketing team. The role Reporting to: CMO & Performance Marketing Manager We are looking for a digital marketing star who is ready for their next challenge. The successful candidate will provide a key support role within the Marketing team and share the responsibility for their entire digital campaign performance and optimization across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, website, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Your goal will be to increase site traffic and drive lead conversion, as well as aggregate and analyze metrics for campaigns in order to optimize digital programs. Responsibilities Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and wider marketing team to build and optimize Google Ad and Facebook Ad campaigns Excellent project management skills, collaborating with the design team to produce effective and on-brand creatives for all paid campaigns Optimize campaigns across channels and improve performance to accomplish the goals of the business. Research and understand the target audience to create impactful display advertising campaigns Dedicated focus and accountability on achieving Return On Ad Spend targets Assist with launching new digital marketing channels and continuous optimizations of current strategies Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns in coordination with our performance marketing team Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels Project manage creative assets for paid and organic campaigns, briefing internal and external partners and trafficking ads for timely execution Identify and analyze metrics to evaluate project performance, and create a feedback loop to optimize digital communication program effectiveness Leverage 1st party data insights to support marketing initiatives (Requesting audiences and uploading to various 3rd party platforms) Perform keyword research in coordination with the company's business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities Manage quarterly reporting to CMO on overall Digital/Social/Paid performance Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams leads to maximizing exposure and best delivering against business objectives Provide support for email campaigns based on the briefs of campaign managers to support direct bookings, lead generation, virtual events and customer retention Requirements Minimum 3+ years of work experience in digital marketing including Minimum 2+ years experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad campaigns Minimum 2+ years experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook Ad campaigns Minimum 2+ years using Data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager Ability to use SEO tools such as SEM Rush or Ahrefs for the purpose of research/lead-gen campaigns Experience in set up and execution of email campaigns using tools such as MailChimp, Campaign Monitor and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an advantage Knowledge of Online Travel, Fintech, and blockchain is an advantage Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization with a high degree of stakeholder management Booking Engine / E-Commerce, Payment, CMS/CRM systems is a plus Open-minded, outgoing personality, showing high levels of proactivity and a can-do attitude Data-driven mindset and an aptitude for technology.
